The Actual State of Daily Living Performance in Adolescents with Cerebral Palsy

Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the actual state of daily living performance in adolescents with cerebral palsy. The subjects of study were 102 adolescents with cerebral palsy of 15~22 years. In order to achieve this purpose, Functional Independence Measure (FIM) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living(IADL) were used to measure and assess daily life performance. Finally the following results were obtained.
Basic daily living performance was difference in sex, degree of disability, treatment duration. There was no a difference in age.
Instrumental performance of daily living was difference in age, degree of disability, There was no a difference in sex, treatment duration.
